March 2, 2012: Trees!

Please join us for our next Truth Be Told! Storytelling event on Friday, March 2nd at 8pm at the United Parish, located at 210 Harvard Street (Near Coolidge Corner), Brookline, MA.  Truth Be Told! Storytelling is an opportunity to hear and share real stories, performed live, and without notes. Each performer has approximately 5 minutes to tell their story based on the monthly theme.
In solidarity with World Storytelling Day, the theme for Friday, March 2nd, 2012 is "Trees."  Come share a story with a live audience about how you've "branched out," been uprooted, discovered your family tree, or claimed your inner tree-hugger.

If you want to share your story, or if you would like more information, please email us at TruthBeToldBoston@gmail.com

Ideally, we would like to have ten (10) storytellers for this event.  At this point we are in need of storytellers.  If you feel called to tell your story, please e-mail us at TruthBeToldBoston@gmail.com so we can put you on the storyteller list.  We will also have a sign-up sheet the evening of the show for those that show up and decide they want to tell their story.

This event is open to the public sponsored by the United Parish. You do not need to be affiliated with the United Parish in order to attend or perform at this event.  All proceeds are donated to charity, and the total amount raised at the event is matched by the United Parish.

Your $5 free-will donation will go to a local charity.
